Established in 1970, Christopher Academy is a school located in Portsmouth, Va. Formerly known as The St. Christopher School, it provides different curriculum for the preschool, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and first through fifth grade. The school provides education in language, mathematics, arts, science, social studies and geography, music, Spanish and physical activity, to name a few. Topics included in social studies and geography are Native Americans, early explorers, colonial life, functions of state and national government and contributions of ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilizations. Christopher Academy has received accreditation from Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS).

Christopher Academy is a wonderful school in Portsmouth, VA. All of the teachers are very caring and work with each and every student. My three children all attended CA and they love school and love to learn!

If your child is not a "perfec...

If your child is not a "perfect" child you will be told that they do not have the ability to teach your child. They will try to make you think that there is "something" wrong with your child. Do not waste your money or your time.
