They have great customer service. We had bought a T.V. and a week later it wouldn't turn on. I guess the people who they bought it from knew that but the pawn shop didn't. The manager was nice enough to refund our money back and we got another T.V. from them for $50 more but newer and a better brand. Great people and great business.

The folks at Deep Creek Pawn have been so very friendly and helpful to my family and me over the years. They have always found a way to help and they treat me like family when I go in. I will never use another pawnbroker as long as I live in this area. Deep Creek Pawn has a customer for life!
