I would never send anyone their as they are untrust worthy. Portsmouth site needs a whole new crew.

Very disatisfied with how they operate.They DONT call you back ever on questions or concerns. They dont back their warranties,very incompetent,dishonest and lie straight to your face.I have had several issues with the Portsmouth location to where I will never use them for anything. After today incident where they had me drive a HR to pick up a part they claimed they had and to get their and then they say they have to order it !! Im trading in my camper i bought from Dodds to another dealer in Chesapeake just to avoid having to deal with them in the future for anything.I dont want any ties to their company at all All. All their prices are 2 to 3 times higher then every where else. Do your self A favor and shop around !! Dont make the same mistake I did and buy their. This reveiw is directed at the Portsmouth,VA location and not towards the Yorktown locaton as I have not Delt with that location and I'm thankful for that !!
