Do not go with this company. I reserved their party bus about a month in advance for my best friend's bachelorette party. I had about 15 ladies who were to join in on the fun. It was a week before the event and I received a call regarding payment and finalizing the contract. She was very patient and cordial. All was well or so I thought. Fast forward.......It's the night of, 9:45pm to be exact (the bus was to arrive at 10 pm). I get a phone call from the driver of the bus informing me that he will not be able to provide services and that my refund will be returned due to a malfunction on the bus. Yes ,15 minutes prior! Are you kidding me? He didn't even offer a back-up option. I was highly upset. I understand things happen but you could've at least offered me something. I told him to have the manager call me. I am still waiting on that phone call. I have called them a number of times for an explanation, apology or something from the manager. They have completely ignored me. Choose this service!!! I reserved the Chrysler 300 for by best friend's 21st birthday and it was nothing less than spectacular. From the inquiry call to the farewell, these guys treated us like royalty. Big thanks to Melissa for arranging everything, Stan for letting us check out the ride beforehand and play with all the buttons, and Gregg our wonderful driver--He was dressed sharply and rolled out the red carpet for us. These folks are top notch! Worth every penny!

My husband and I rented a limo from Dreams in Motion last week to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. With a budget in mind that usually does not allow for that kind of extravagance, but it was a special night that required something extra special and turned out to be very affordable. The owner, Ken, answered the phone himself and his friendly and relaxing tone immediately made me feel at ease as I have never rented a limousine before. He answered every question no matter how minor. The limo was not only on time but arrived early, was spotless and stocked with champagne flutes, ice and water bottles and twinkling lights. The driver was courteous and beautifully dressed in a tuxedo. He rolled out a red carpet and I couldn't help giggling - we felt like a fairytale couple! The ride was smooth and the driver was responsive to our every need. Our entire experience was perfect and gave us memories that we will have forever. We are going to recommend his service to all our friends.

I guess the word that comes to mind regarding Dreams in Motion is "thoughtful". The driver was very personable but never intrusive, and his warmth helped make our event. The car was well-appointed and luxurious, but also included things that surprised us, like iced spring water and chocolates. Our evening was perfect (an anniversary celebration) and I plan to call Dreams in Motion for my next event.

The vehicle was lovely, you were on time for every pick up and you went out of your way to make sure our guests were well cared for even to the point of going into the hotel during our after party after the rehearsal dinner to ensure everyone had a ride back to the hotel.
