I have had nothing but great service and respect at Greg's. He has always been polite and helpful. I have left a large local bait and tackle shop and driven out of my way just to go to his bait and tackle shop. Not sure what happened with the person that posted the last review but it is not all what my kids and I have experienced there. Greg's is always my first choice.

Greg was having bad day and may have been upset about something. Initially he greeted me politely. Two minutes later i asked and he told me the price of the rod too of which he was about to install. I replied that I another bait shop quoted me $4. He then pulled the tip from my rod, snatched the hooks and package from my right hand them told me to Go! Go get everything for $4. Basically throwing me out of the establishment. So, I left wondering if I had done something wrong.
I decided to give it a second chance some other day.
A period later, he responded to my review telling me not to bother with a second chance. Fortunately and unfortunately, I had already done so the very next day.
After I posted a better review because of the good customer service that I received, He then posted that he'd tell that employee that I wasn't welcome in his establishment anymore and not to serve / service me.
I hate negatively and I hate to have to leave these negative reviews. FIREFIGHTER-PARAMEDIC
