Provided by YP.comThis business is lacking on overall expertise, professionalism and promptness. I called for a cab and after waiting an hour I called the company back and inquired about the unit that was dispatched. I gave the dispatcher the address and asked if someone was on the way. The dispatcher screamed at me and asked "How am I supposed to know? I just got on shift!" She then began yelling at me about just getting on shift and hung up on me. Then when i called back she screamed some more and hung up again. I'm not sure who passed in her cheerios today but she really needs a reality check. This company needs a full restructure especially with the quality of people they choose to employ.

Provided by YP.comAfter a massive Uber failure this morning, it was questionable whether I was going to make my flight. The driver, Sam, came through for me and hit me to the airport with 5 minutes to spare. Thank you so much!

Provided by YPmobileI've used this company many times over the years, and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Sometimes when it's busy I do have to wait awhile but they let me know up front of the delay. I will continue to support this company

Provided by YPmobileSafeway has to be the absolute worst cab company ever. Didpatchers, the night ones are rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and just down right stupid. Company can care less about the customers who keep them in business.They do not even deserve 1 Star.

Provided by YP.comThe cab driver that took me home was horrendous. He parked in the middle of the street. I was forced to walk with loads of laundry to the middle of the parking lot. He did not greet me once I came into the cab and seemed annoyed when I told him the route I wanted to take. He snarled "Maam what is the address." He doesn't like change. The vibe in the cab was very cold. I am a paying customer and I deserve to be treated with respect. It was bad enough the cab was 45 minutes late and then to top it off with rude service...I called the company and the woman on the phone said the cab driver is notorious for that kind of behavior.

Provided by YPmobileMy experience was great. In the snow when everyone else kept telling me the couldnt pick me up they came in 15 minutes and the driver was great. The older gentleman in the mercury.

Provided by YPmobileI didn't even actually use this service, but we were at a stoplight and needed to change lanes from the one we were currently in. Using our backup camera (these nifty things they have in new cars), we started backing up to make our lane switch when a driver from this company in a beat up green minivan starts laying on the horn behind us. We make our lane change since we were in absolutely no danger of backing into them (again thanks to that nifty back up camera), and as she drives by us she hangs out of the window and calls me a "f***ing b***h". Wow. Classy company you've got going on here.

Provided by YPmobileI wish I could give a zero. The guy that answered the phone was obviously drunk and let us know our cab would be there "sooner or later" WTF!!! The best part is we called 3 times and the cab never showed

Provided by YP.comHad hotel call for cab and "Safeway" showed up. Got in cab and started for airport. Dispatcher called driver on his cell phone and told him to go back to hotel for another passenger. [We had been driving about 3 minutes at the time.] He returned to hotel an picked up a second fare. Once we arrived at the airport, the driver said the meter was the "per passenger" fare and not the fare for the ride. We objected and told him to call the dispatcher. He then said that he would "accept" the meter fare as the total fare. We asked for receipts and said he only could provide one receipt. Since the other passenger and I didn't know one another, a single receipt wasn't going to work. I was in a hurry and therefore threw the money on the front seat and left.

We were in the dark. He was absolutely rude! Worst cab experience by far. Took too long to come pick us up and awful drivers. Definitely not going to use this company again.
