CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

The manager, or owner of the business is very unprofessional. I expressed my concern with her on 25Jan17. She stated that it would be taken care of whenever I came in again. I came back that night at 7:15. The shop was closed, but the sign says they were to close at 8. I took a picture of the time and the location to cover me to make sure that if anyone tried to say otherwise. I spoke with her on today 26Jan17, and told her about last night. She stated "you were wrong for that. If I tell them they can go home if it's nothing to do, then that's what I said". I simply just asked for a refund for the crappy job her nail tech did, and she says " sorry, all sales are final!" I said Roger that! And hung up. Her attitude and professionalism is unsatisfactory. There is absolutely no way in any direction of Hades I would ever go back to this establishment!

The girls there are fun and there's always great music playing. It makes all these other nails places seem like a torture session!!

Very clean and professional. Pleasant atmosphere.
