I ordered a cake from here. Sent them a picture of what I want. The lady said she could do that no problem. I received the completely wrong cake and no apologies! My husband called them and said it was the wrong cake (we had a relative pick it up, so she didn't know it was the wrong cake). They offered to refund our money if we came back after the party, when my husband went in to get the refund the owner yelled at him and told him all he will get is 15 dollars back... I paid 55.75 for the cake! When my husband asked nicely for all the money back, like he was promised on the phone, the guy called the cops. Why? Because he was "a jerk". My husband is the nicest person on the planet. There is no way he was being "a jerk". All he wanted was the money back like he was promised. Actually he asked to pay for what it cost to make the cake. The cake we got was NOT worth 40 dollars.DO NOT buy cakes from these people! Such poor customer service!!!!!
