Dr. Sears used to own this business. I had great success with her, and with the current owner until recently. A few weeks ago I brought my son in for an adjustment. Both this office and my son's insurance company said it was covered with a $20 copay. The adjustment did nothing to help his back pain and today I received a $91 bill from his office. I'm not a lawyer but that's fraud in my book, and I just got home from a long day at work. Now I have this on my mind and to deal with. He will get no more of my business, and I will fight this in court if I must. He just shafted himself.
