All Travel Guru was an enormous help in planning our vacation to Greece and Italy, but even more, went above and beyond to help us out in a pinch while on our trip. I don' t think anyone else would have helped us out they way they did. Honestly.

In addition, we very happy with all of the hotels that were booked for us and the recommendations for restaurants.

It’s a well known fact that first impressions really do count, and that’s very much the case with my introduction to All Travel Guru almost two years ago. I was looking for a full-service travel agency with a personal touch, and I most definitely found it in owner/director Lindsey Prumers, a charming British native now based in Hayden north Idaho.

Lindsey’s many years of travel agency experience definitely shines through from the moment you speak to her right through to the highly successful conclusion of her finely tuned travel arrangements. All Travel Guru is no “fast food” type of agency who are only interested in the initial booking with no further assistance. Lindsey’s efficient and courteous attention to every detail offered me absolute confidence in every aspect of her services. If I had any questions Lindsey would always be right there to answer them and if neccessary solve any difficulties no matter how small.

Since my first terrific experience with All Travel Guru I have booked all my succesive travel arrangements with Lindsey taking me across the US and around the world. I have no hesitation in recommending this top class travel agency to absolutely anyone.

Lindseys British accent is wonderful! she's a pleasure to work with...the best part is shes there 24-7 and when your connecting flight is cancelled, SHE can fix it!!! Thats service....wew~~~~~
