we took a garden cart wheel to be welded (which normally is free when we go to our usual welder) and we wanted a 36 inch mesh burn barrel lid fabricated. We were told it would cost $50 total for both and it would be done by noon the next day. when we returned the mesh cover was only 24" which was useless to us. In order to get our wheel back we had to pay $30. In other words they charged us for the mesh cover even though we didn't take delivery of it because they made it the wrong size. Very unprofessional and tacky customer service. They wouldn't acknmowledge that we wanted a 36" lid even though we emphasized several times that we needed that size. Hopefully this is just a blip in their service but we won't go back again.
