Provided by YP.comBeware, I had my outdrive sealed up after noticing a leak. After I had the work done by Duncans, I put the boat in the water to only to find it was still leaking. So I had them fix it the second time. I was happy to have it back and to know that the leak has been fixed. I had the boat in the water twice and ran for about 10 hours. Fast forward several months, the outdrive is still leaking. So, I called Duncans and asked if they would look at it to see if they could determine what was happening. The polite lady that answers the phone said that will be a full charge, stating that we do not warranty our work. Beware of this residential garage outfit. Take your boat to another facility if you want to keep your power train from rusting out. I was told that they are not even certified by the manufactures. You make the call on who works on your boat and you have been forwarned.
Looks like I am going to be spending $900 at Duncan's competitor to fix the work that Duncan's failed to perform.

Provided by YP.comStay away!!!! Took my boat to Duncan to have my Evenrude Etech serviced. The quote was $350 which I was ok with. By the time they were finished the bill was over $700. Duncan IS NOT a factory authorized Evenrude serviced center. The motor never ran as well as it did before Duncan worked on it. I spoke to 2 other repair shops. Both told me that Duncan didn't install the spark plugs correctly. I took the boat to Elephant Boys in Spokane. They found that not only the plugs were installed incorrectly Duncan installed the wrong plugs that they charged my $25 each for. I shared my experiance with other people I know that have been to Duncan and they said the same thing happen to them as far as the bill being way over the quote. Stay away from Duncan. Take your boat elsewhere.
