I had a great experience with Chad. They didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot, but were able to order my trailer at a price we both agreed on and even though the manufacturer had line issues and the delivery had some issues were still able to get my trailer by the time I really needed it. I will always stop in there first for any future trailer needs. Kept every commitment he made to me and worked hard to solve problems that weren't entirely in his control.

Not a man of his word

In the market for a flatbed trailer. Stopped in and talked to Chad. He told me if I bring in cash then $3700 out the door. (exact words)$

Go to pick up the trailer today and he tells me that'll be $3700+tax. I said no, the agreement was for $3700 OUT THE DOOR.

He proceeds to lie to me in this order...

1. Oh I would never do that

2. It was my salesman, it's his handwriting. (because he told his salesman to write it up when we were done)

3. It wasn't me you were talking to

4. We don't know how to back the sales tax out to figure out the sale price ($3700/1.06 for future reference Chad)

It has nothing to do with money. Tomorrow I am paying a little more to get the trailer elsewhere. I just don't do business with nor support people with no integrity or honesty and that is exactly my experience.

You can be assured that everyone around me knows of my experience if they are ever shopping for a like item.

Purchased (2012) a 7x16 trailer with a GVWR of 7000lbs (dual axle with elec brakes).

No problems with trailer, tires were 6 ply and wear was what you would expect and after two seasons we replaced.

Quality option for custom trailers in Northern Idaho.

I purchased a three place atv trailer last summer, I have pulled the trailer about 1500 miles, the tires are shot, one is wearing more than the other and both are not wearing even, bulging in the middle (very cheap junk) It is supposed to be a 3500lb axle and my toys weigh around 1800 combined. Both bearings are running hot, but not the same temp, the holes in the ramp pins are not centered and are difficult to align, the ramps are starting to bend and are not strong enough. I paid 1800 with tax and do not feel like I should have to buy new tires and make other repair's on a trailer that has less than ten trips on it.
