We went in happy and came out half an hour later very angry like about 10 other people before us. I understand that it is busy and there are call ins but one of the girls was doing nothing but dancing, laughing, singing and talking about who texted who and boys. We don't care. We want our pizza. She was holding up the line and just in the way. So annoying to see when there are 15 people crammed in the lobby staring at her and getting upset. I'm all for having fun at work but when there is a rush please move faster and do your job. Other employees were good thou. Could have went to Hayden Papa Murphys and back to post Falls in that time and will next time.

We use this Papa Murphy's whenever we have a crowd to feed. My experience has been of decent pizza, for a good price, and the workers are generally friendly and helpful. There was only one time where I felt like those kids were moving really slow for a busy Friday night, but I eventually got my pizza and everyone was happy.

So I called in a heart breaker pizza today and asked if I could I could have xtra cheese minus pep. They make their pizzas why wouldn't this be ok? Girl says they are premade I said I will be dwn to get one and then get told it will be ready in twenty five min! I thought they were pre made. When I got there on the production line there was a heart shaped pizza only cheese that was getting pep added I said something to cashier she then says can only do pep on heart breakers I thought these were pre made and she said yea we have like 400 in back we made last night! Really then why did I have to wait 25 min for my pizza and if there was that many in the back why were some bring made as orders were taken! What if I was a vegetarian! Very terruble customer service I think I will drive to cda or liberty lake before I ever visit pf Papa Murphy's again!

In my opinion the employees are immature and we were treated very rude. We will never be back.
