The folks at the Post Falls, Idaho store price gouge on parts. They won't install customer parts even if they are new in the box ... they would much rather charge you sixteen dollars for a four dollar spark plug and a ninety dollar an hour shop rate to install them. Total fail, our company won't be doing any business with Perfection Tire ... ever.

This is For the shop in Bloomington illinois. .. they sell over expensive cars grant they look good but I bought. A car 2 months ago and the springs are broke they said tires are good and two are balding. So that would be my last time doing business with them.... and when I called them he has the nerve to tell me I bought it as is I think that's a bunch of bullcrap. ...so as far as ratings I'll give them 1 star because the car looks good

I totaled my tire but it was under warranty...they got me a new one to replace it and it only cost me $2.00. I didn't call them...I just showed up with the spare on and they did all they could and more to get me back on the road safely and promptly! I have MS so it was nice not to have a stress free repair! Thank you Perfection!!!
