I worked with John and he was great. He helped me with my headaches and I no longer have them!

The staff really knows what they're doing. They take the time to find the cause of the pain and make it go away for good, instead of just treating the symptom for a quick fix. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Rates are good because they work with the insurance company and explain exactly what insurance covers so there are not surprises.

I went their for months and alls they did was make me hurt and it didnt help just cost my insurance money....useless!!!

I would go in for treatment. The treatment was meet with the thearapist for 10 min. And then he would advise you to lay down and do exercises that can be done at home witch is fine but they charge $200 an hour. I have an insurance plan that covers only 80% of cost. This comes to $40 for the hour charge and a $20 copay each visit $60 total each visit. This was ok I guess needed treatment. The thing that pissed me off was when I was in the lobby a person that was doing the same treatment was paying his bill. He did not have insurance and heard his total for the one hour treatment. Came to $38. So this means with insurance I pay $60 including co-pay and insurance is billed $140. He paid just $38. Hmmm wonder why insurance is so expensive? I asked why they charged me so much. They stated it is to cover costs. Shop around other local clinics are far cheaper.I was stuck paying $22 to much. I do not recomend pinnacle Physical thearapy.

The pain is finally gone. I have seen many specialists and been to other physical therapy clinics, but Pinnacle finally fixed me! I wish I hadn't waited so long. I can sleep at night with no pain! The staff was great and explained my pain in a way I understood. I now know what was wrong and am 100% fixed! Thank you Pinnacle!!!!
