ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. Owner's son was extremely rude and insensitive after coming up to the counter to ask for a refund with our special needs child. The machine's scoring was messed up for 6 frames. The balls were pooling behind the pins for more than 10 minutes at a time, 4-5 balls at a time between our lane and the one next to us 13/14.



He said "do machines always operate right?"



Um, no, but completely ignoring customers until the 3rd time coming to the counter to report the issues, the experience was overall horrible. Family driving from out of town, Ellensburg, combined with the way he was treating my special needs daughter and myself was so incredibly out of line!

The manager was extremely nice, as was the gentleman that was finally asked to help with the ball issue. It was THE OWNER's son that was awful. Never, ever would I recommend this place, nor will I ever return. HORRIBLE.

I had to chose a 'star' for the post to work. They don't deserve even one.



To add to that, after I put my review on Facebook, the owner came on and told me what I was saying to be untrue. THE OWNER. Absolutely crazy. The owner was not there for the belittling his/her son was doing.

It has great bowling and is a no smoking zone, plus for the adults there is a bar with smoking. On Fridays there is black light bowling after 10 pm.
