I got an estimate to have a tankless water heater installed along with a disconnect for the electric & a sediment filter. It was $65.00 and hour for one man and $85.00 an hour for two and it was estimated to be a 4 hour job. They found out after they arrived to do the job, that they did not bring everything that they needed. One man went back for the parts. Next they installed the heater, the copper piping, the emergency water shut off, the pop off valve, and the disconnect. Five hours later, one of the workers threw the switch, and the main breaker kicked off. The other man walks back in from putting thing in the truck, and he wanted to see what happened to, so they turned on the breaker again and it blew the line all the way back to the transformer pole.

When the electricity did not come on again, the works said, well, that's all we can do, you need to call an electrician or something. They left leaving us with no electricity. I called an electrician and he came out and told us that they wired the disconnect in wrong, sending electricity back into the line. He needed to replace the breaker, so he had to get parts and come back the next day. He did get the electricity on for us, but we had no hot water. I called Poteau Plumbing & Heating and the woman that answered the phone she would have the worker that was out at our house call us when he came back in. No one ever called. I don't recommend using this service.
