His was the worst service I've ever received. He is not your only option, so please DO NOT use this agent. He thinks he is so smart and his customers are treated like idiots, and he charges extreme prices for his rude and terrible service. This place should be shut down today. He even called my wife "honey" and "babe" which is highly inappropriate for someone who calls himself a business man. He made comments about minorities in front of us. I'm sure he makes lots of money off of the people he is racist against.I could go on all day with a long list of complaints. Use my advice please.
