I've lived in Poteet Texas for close to 10 years and I have shopped the Dollar General on highway 16 for as long. The selection is great when they have enough employees to stock and cashier but, the last few years it's been very messy with merchandise in the isles waiting for shelving. In the case you have what you need, it takes forever to get checked out. I've waited for up to 20 minutes in a long line of others for the usual same employee to come from the back with their phone in hand. There's a Family Dollar 2 blocks over that has become alot busier due to that problem. I have complained to mgmt and when I call in my survey but, no change. I now prefer to shop elsewhere as I mentioned where the employees are there and you can get through an isle in less than 20 minutes. They need more employees per shift.
