This is consistently the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. The majority of the time the food is cold to lukewarm. There always seems to be something wrong with my order. The evening employees have the most amazing inability to pay attention that I've ever come across. The last three times I've visited have completely turned me off of this location. All three times, my DQ bake sandwich was horrendously short of 'hot'. They shouldn't be advertised as "hot from the oven" when that's obviously not where they come from. The first of my three visits, not only was my sandwich lukewarm, but my onion rings were cold. On my second visit, I was once again served a lukewarm sandwich. My husband stopped by this evening to being home dinner and we were both disappointed. His chicken mozzarella was the saddest sandwich I've ever seen. Mozzarella covered only 1/3 of the sandwich. There was very little sauce and he complained that the chicken tasted like McDonald's chicken nuggets. They looked a lot like them too. Surprise!.......my sandwich was cold. His onion rings were cold and we ended up with a random box of fries that were like ice. I also ordered a brownie batter blizzard with chocolate soft serve. I always order it this way. It's a simple request. You wouldn't believe how many times I've been given vanilla. I cannot put into words how much I despise artificial vanilla. You'd feel the same way of you Googled where it comes from. I'm tired of giving this place money and getting disappointment in return. That's not what I'm paying for
