Despite what the previous reviewer had to say, this is a wonderful bank, and the employees are second to none. I have banked here for over 30 years, with savings and investment accounts, our mortgage and car loans. Prompt, courteous service always. Loans are often approved the same day, assuming you have good credit. As a 'savings and loan' type bank, they can often provide better interest rates than the commercial banks. I highly recommend this bank, if you're looking for a change.

lousy lazy customer service they do not do their job. they make you wait wayyy longer than needed cuz of theyre slow and lazy they put you on hold and never get back to you, then magically hang up to avoid doing any work. these people do not care! terrible terrible terrible service!!! im going somewhere else to get my banking done if you guys can't do your jobs! wake up, why arr you ppl even getting paid- YOU SHOULD BE FFIRED!!!
