Well first of all if i was rating the food and the beauty of the restaurant i would give it 5 stars! the food and icecream is awesome and the restaurant is very nice. However the customer service is so bad i can only give it one star, no stars if i could. The people that work there have absolutely no customer service skills and are not friendly at all. Whoever manages the place also sucks at their job because we had an issue there once and left our name and number for her and still have not received a phone call apologizing. Also, dont ever try to call and put in an order to pick up because you never know if they are going to answer their phone. They mess up orders all the time too or even give you order to someone else.....the manager needs to learn how to actually manage and either re-staff or do some sort of traning program for the idiots that work there. I eat lunch here on a weekly basis sometimes more but I can now honestly say I dont think I will anymore...
