The administrative staff and employee staff need be relocated due to incompetence of service delivery. I had an expensive operations software with two day shipping to be delivered to my residence for the explicit purpose of completing a contracted assignment for a client. Now, with the post office confirming delivery of the software (of which they have not), I will have to go to the post office building, speak to the post master, inquire as to where my software is, and if the answer is not to my liking, call the police and file charges for mail theft relative to my mail carrier. Far too many pieces of mail are being lost and lied about relative to delivery. This must stop! The only way to do such is to involve the local law agency, make an arrest, and rid our community of those breaking federal laws. Jim Whitfill, Pottsboro

you need to have someone with a car to go to the post office & pick up your packages addressed to your home, because my mail carrier will not put my packages in my home mail box .
