HORRIBLE Experiences - I signed up for their men's basketball league as an individual. At the premium price I paid to be a part of the league, I wasn't happy with how things were turning out. We had to forfeit 25% of our games, egotistical, bias refs that ruin games, and horrible/dangerous courts, and unfriendly staff. So I tried to let them know about some of those things and how poorly my 'season' was going. After no one was willing to give me upper-level management's email/contact info and being referred to their website for generic info, I was able to find a direct email address through some investigative work online. So I spent a considerable amount of time writing an email for upper-level management and I still have not heard back from anyone. Not even a 'we are sorry you feel that way....' In any business, that is bad customer service and unacceptable. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT put any money into their business (daycare, camps, leagues, nothing). Spend it elsewhere, where you know you can get a return for what you paid, and at the very least have the decency to respond to your concerns.
