I paid for a room here and I f...

I paid for a room here and I found a bedbug on the wall on my double full bed room. When I brought it to the man at the check in/out counter in a cup he shrugged it off and said we don't have those here. I went upstairs gathered up all my things and proceeded to leave. They told me that I could get my money back, not even a partial. He offered me another room. I DIDNT WANT ANOTHER ROOM!!!! I called the police and filed a report. So I will be going to the courthouse on Monday morning and I'm about to contact the BBB. Very dissatisfied customer!!
