I just recently switched over to Coventry Pediatric because of insurance. As soon as I walked in I was happy. So much to entertain your child during the wait, although we've never had more than a 5 minute wait time. Even with a sick call and them squeezing us in. The first time we went the front desk lady was definitely a bit rude, I do agree there. But my other visits I had no problems, they were welcoming and sweet. The nurses are absolutely wonderful (the ones I've dealt with at least) and the 2 women doctors we have seen are absolutely amazing. I went today for a check up, and that is why I thought of writing a review. Our experiences have been great there. Dr. Varano was an amazing amazing help, and so easy to talk to. She interacted with my son like she knew him, and even he was so comfortable for his first time meeting her. I couldn't have asked for OR even picked a better doctor for my children. The other woman doctor was just as sweet and helpful. I haven't ever had a male doctor there, so I can't give a review on that end. But I do absolutely recommend going to Coventry Pediatric, I have had nothing but great experiences, they really treat you like top priority while you're there. If I do end up having a bad experience I will definitely write another review. As of now, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences.

I have been there about 4 times . Each time I had a bad experience. Especially with the girls upfront , they are so rude/unprofessional and have attitudes. The hole place is a mess! The doctors are nice ,I have no problem with the doctors. Its the girls up front they make me feel stupid and uncomfortable. The nurses are nice,sweet and friendly. Except the red strawberry blonde one not sure her name is rude and has attitude. I am a nice friendly smiley person to everyone I meet. There is no reason for them to be like this towards patients. Also I had an appt at 9 am I came in and they told me the doc ccalled off so they couldnt see my son until later. OK that's fine but why didn't I get a phone call saying this?? I wasted gas and time. They said they called but they did not!! The other dark red head in front is so rude and has an attitude the worst!!

Nurses blow you off when you try to explain what's wrong with your child. The doctors and nurses down grade your child's symptoms. Our children have been hospitalized twice for symptoms that the doctors classified as "normal". If you have children that need care I would highly suggest not going here. Nurse line is a complete joke. Nobody ever answers the phone. Most of the front desk staff are rude and inconsiderate.

I have only gone there 2 times since my son is only 2 months old. Everything seemed ok to me. When the nurses come in they are pretty friendly, and it seems like the doctors actually care about your infant! Chose them as my sons pediatrics because I heard really good feedback about them from multiple people. As of right now, I am satisfied with this practice. If I do not like something I will write another review about them.

I was not to thrilled with this practice. I only like dr olstead and marie (who is now gone) one of the male docs made me feel like crap that I was not producei g milk for my son. One ofthe nurses goes out for frequent smoke breaks, and leaves you waiting and comes back smelling like smoke, very professional around children.I called the on call nurse, my baby was projectile vomiting and she didn't help I had to keep calling for her to get the hint I was going to call untikl I spoke to a doctor. Only one person up front is nice. They don't even attempt to be friendly or even notice your child... not worth going there.

Coventry Pediatrics have always exceeded our expectations. I use Dr. Williamson and Dr. Cook and have been very pleased with both physicians. The office is clean, and staff friendly. Appropriate referals are made when needed. I never have to wait a long time for an appointment. I would highly recommend either physician to friends and family!

All I have to say is REALLY???? My daughter is a patient here and has been for years. I believe Dr Cook has a visual impairment. That is the reason why you assumed that he was looking at your forehead. Perhaps you should get all the facts before you insinuate something as disgusting as racism! Also, I believe that all patients are treated privately in separate rooms, so exactly how was it that you were able to see how the "white" patients were treated?

The nurses are great and friendly the front desk are good nice and polite the majority of the doctors are ok except for the one Dr cook he was very rude to me and lacked professionalism the man looked at my forehead while he talked to me but I noticed he talked he didnt do that with the white patients I would tell my friends to not chose him and if he was the only one avail. to schedule with dr williamson or karen
