I think that they really stand by there work. I was unhappy about a color servcie one time and lisa called me and personally took care to make sure that I was happy by the time they were done, the last person should have let them know and they probalby would have refunded her money and offered to correct if possible. Sometimes comunication is the problem between client and stylist; now i was directed toward a stylist that understands me better. i will continue to go there, always pleasant and a good experience.

Worst haircut of my entire life! I told the stylist I wanted to grow my hair and she cut it so short I look like I have a crewcut! Plus she answered the phone 3 times during my cut. She was clearly not paying attention. She messed up my hair so bad it's going to take at least 6 months to look normal. I feel sick every time I look in the mirror. I can't believe I paid for that. Never Again!
