Stayed Decemer 23 - 28, Had stayed here a few years ago,and found It to be great, this time, not so much. first keys never worked, always had to go down to the desk to get into the room. our last day they changed the battery in the locking mechanisim. the last two days, the room wasn't cleaned, beds not made, and no towel replacement. Bathroom was dirty with mildew growing in tub surround. Also electrical outlet in bathroom was dead. Closet door was also stuck and off track making it difficult to use closet. Very disappointed after having a good experience our first visit. Staff very friendly and breakfast was great on a better note.

this was the worst hotel. our sliding doors were off the hinges and they didnt fix them and now I have a crack head. management just stood watching blood pour out b4 we yelled 2 get a towel. gave us a rag. their breakfast is lousy room service is adequate. they have both dead and alive bugs. lord if u run out of toilet paper they get their feathers ruffled. if u want 2 stay in a nice hotel 4 same rate go to days inn on industrial highway. great rooms front desk are wonderful and no bugs.
