Most of the girls here are awesome and they really try to do exactly what you ask for. If they're unsure it will work for you they also give you suggestions.

I was very disappointed with service that I recieved, I was mislead and did not get what I asked for. I came in for retouch color and hi lites, Unfortunately for me she had me sign a permission slip what was explained to me that was routine in case of allergies, etc, not to say that they wouild not be responsible if results did not turn out. or my hair was ugly. I was notI told that my hair was damaged or cautioned in any way; I did not ask to have anything done to ends, except I had noticed that hylites were not done underneath and wanted more hi lites to show when hair was up , I had to take my glasses off for the color process, but wehn it was comlete the result was hair was too dark and the ends turned greenish and mddy , when I wnet back to complainto manager I was told my hair was too damages and they could not guarentee that they could fix it, So I was refunded the price of hylites but still had to pay for color and hair cut which she had taken more off than was agreed upon. My only advsie would be if you are going to regis is to ask questions, do not sign anything, or find another salon where you can trust the stylist. to be straight with you.
