I always get my hair done at lords and ladies in douglassville.. at first I wasn't very impress but loved it later on. Andre always do my hair and she has real nice attitude... she also cut my daughter's who is a toddler when her bangs need a trim.. so far the hair salon I like but I tried getting my nails done there and I wasn't happy with it. I don't remember the lady who did it but it was horrible it seems like she doesn't know how to do nails... I had a maternity massage there too and I loved it.. would be a little better if they beautify the massage room a little bit more...

i moved to the area and made my first appt. for highlights and a cut. Very rude staff, took way too long and i came out with 4 stripes on the top of my head. It was the worst and expensive experience I've ever had in a salon and I will never go back or recommend to anyone. They have to be trained for better customer service including the owner!! Felt very uncomfortable!! My neighbor had the exact same experience so no one in our neighborhood will even try going there. Run run away from Lords and Ladies!!!!!!!!
