Great service! I had a sprinkler leak in my townhome and they were on site within the hour. Friendly and courteous service men. And they cleaned up after them selves. I will defiantly call them again if needed.

In December 2010 I called & set up an appt to fix a leak in 3rd floor sprinkler & also asked for a letter when they got done saying the sprinkler system met code as I was refinishing entire 3rd floor & letter was required by Township. NO PROBLEM I was told the person who does your repair can do the revirew of your system On Jan 7 my system was repaired. When the repairment left I was told I would receive the requested letter soon. I called the company & emailed the company with no response. In early February I called the repairman

directly He stated "I forgot to call you" We can't send your letter You have to speak with Mr G Now the fun began. Keeping it short Two weeks of no returned calls, I finally wrote the owner Mr Weigard and asked for a return call Guess what He could care less also No call from him either. The MANTRA of this company is TAKE THE CUSTOMERS $$$$$ and forget they exist

I live in a townhome residence. Recently, I had a leaking sprinkler head and called Victory Fire Protection, located in Pottstown, PA, to fix the leak. They told me there would be an $80.00 charge for them to come to my home and assess the problem. I agreed to the charge. They sent two people. One of the guys sat and talked to me for the entire hour while the other guy replaced the leaking sprinkler head and recharged the system. When I received the bill for five hundred dollars ($500.00), I thought I was overcharged and called the company to complain. The manager of the company called me a week later, agreed that the charge was too great, but refused to give me a refund because I had already paid the bill. Included on the bill was a charge for $160.00 -- the manager explained to me that since two people came to assess, they doubled the assessment fee.
