I took an edger in to have the carb re-built. I was quoted $60, and when I went to pick it up Angel hit be with a $90 bill. I asked him why a 50% increase, and he said "it took longer that I expected". I explained that I am a contractor and when I miss quote a job, I absorb the mistake. He then said he would be glad to keep the edger until I paid the full bill, and "you may loose money, but I don't". I pulled out my check book and explained to him that I would tell EVERY person I know how he treated me, and how much should I make this check out for? Angel said $90.



By the way....the edger wasn't repaired properly, and I decided to re-build it myself. I picked up a $10 re-build kit at Reardon Briggs, and discovered that Angels had installed the choke backwards.



I wouldn't go near this place.
