CLOSED NOW - Opens at 12:00pm

Filthy establishment. Staff had no respect. Doors opened 45min late - leaving crowd in freezing weather. Bathrooms had feces and trash clogging the bowls, filthy floors/counters, gum caked sinks, terrible odor - the entire theater smelled like toilet. Building was freezing - had to keep coat on throughout evening.

Show started 2 hours late. Crowd was never given any updates. Door staff is rude and dismissive. Drinks are bottom shelf and overpriced. They didn’t have the first two types of drinks I ordered (not even RED WINE). Atmosphere is cheap, tacky, dirty, dark, cold - the theater is clearly neglected.

They offered no food, not even standard-issue pretzels, and with the 2-hour wait b4 showtime, it would have been nice to have a snack.

I will never go to The Chance again. I would gnaw off my own leg to escape that particular fate if I had to. If I could leave less-than zero stars I would.
