Provided by YPmobileThis is what I posted on Yelp and Better Buisness bureau. Most of the store with DUTCHESS DODGE.
Brought my truck to Dutchess Dodge September 21 2015 engine was not running transmission overheated. They go through 4 PCM's and then service my transmission. Then they tell me that the transmission is shot and I need to replace it. They replace the transmission and then hand me a bill of $4700 and change. When I questioned the bill I go through it and find out they overcharge me by about $400. They give me back the vehicle and I have a light on the inside of the vehicle Flushing and my brake and gas padel will not move up or down "Adjustable type". I go back and they tell me all they need to do is program a patch and that a fuse was missing, which the teck had the whole fuse pannel out. Again they tell me it fixed. Then I have a vibration coming on the stairwell so I go to Mavis where I bought my tires and have it checked. They balance all my tires and do wheel alligment then tell me to bring it back to the people who did the transmission because it's something internal to the transmission. I bring it back and Dutchess Dodge tells me its the transmission mount. They give me back the vehicle and tell me all is fixed however it still vibrates I bring it back once again then dodge tells me it's internal to the transmission the torque converter. They give me a loner with no spare tire and no fuel. They call me and tell me it's fixed again. I bring it back again because now I have a check engine light on the engine. I seems every time they work on my truck they disconnect the battery which kills all codes. They then tell me it's fixed. They give me the vehicle and I check it out the check engine light comes on again at this point they tell me is a P0121 code and they have seen this before but can't fix it so they clear the code and tell me if it happens again bring it back. I go back the same day with the check engin light on , It's not November 11, 2015. I tell Jeff the service manager to come out to my truck and show him the light is on once more. He then tells me it would be another service charge. I said to him " I brought the truck in and asked you get it running". Jeff say to me "It's running" I said " It's running like S*&t" He then tells me "But it's running". At this point I tell Jeff to go F*&k him self and brought the truck to Five Star in Wappingers where I should have brought it in the first place. I did call corporate and they tell me there is nothing they could do. Its a franchise. Why did I ever buy a dodge and then go to this dealership. I wish I could give the negative stars instead onf one star. My advice to anyone out there "STAY AWAY for DOTCHESS DODGE".

Provided by YPmobilePurchased a vehicle 2013 with only 26,000 miles 2 days later the check engine light came on. Took it back to get checked sat there for an hour for them to tell me it was the O2 sensor. They said it would take about 1-2 days for the part to come in. Here its 5 days later and now after me calling them they all of a sudden have the part. I'm not happy with their service at all!! I don't want the car and don't even want to deal with them but after only having the car 7 days I can only keep it and take my chances or pick another car off the lot. Very annoyed and unhappy with their service.
