They broke and internal connector to the microphone while replacing our iphone5 screen. They will not warrantee their work and do not use Apple parts despite what they said. The owner has been contacted repeatedly and will not return calls nor messages. So we were saving $40 going through them compared to Apple and now our warrantee is void with Apple so we can to go and exchange our phone there. This is pretty horrible they are able to be in business.BEWARE
