Overall it's a great place to live. The new landlord is excellent. He's striving to make this a better complex. The new pool chairs are awesome. The new life guard Sarah is very friendly outgoing and loves to swim with us. Things take time but so far it's going in the right direction. Been here 3 years and if things continue to improve, I'll never leave ❤️

This is the most horrible place to live in. The landlord mike is a drunk doesn't show any apartments to the tenants all he does is walk around at night and look into the tenants windows. joe (apparently the "other" landlord) but won't tell he is, just says he's helping a friend out every time he shows the apartment to people. Joe walks around talking about the tenants to the other tenants. Pretends he will get things done in your apartment like a serious water leak that ruined my daughters clothes and bed and my bed from the brainless neighbor at #6L whose toilet overflowed and my ceiling almost collapsed. All that woman had to say was oh I thought it wasn't a big deal . But I had 3000 worth of damage. And all joe had to say was oh we will fix it. Never did. Paint chips, appliances don't work, ac? Forget about it your better off having a fan. The pool? You'll never be able to swim because it's so overcrowded. Parking? Yeah good luck. This place is a joke. If your really looking to rent a beautiful place hudson harbor is worth your money. Don't get a headache from these people they r money hungry.

Right on the Hudson in Poughkeepsie, next to the bridge. Incredible views in some spots. This place is well managed and well maintained! There's a pool, a tennis court and on-site laundry rooms. The commuter train to NYC is a very short walk away. Some of the the apartments have car ports, most of them have balconies, patios, or porches. And, best of all the rents are very reasonable! One of the only places in POK that rents studio apartments.
