I love Friendly Insurance! They really live up to their name lol! The person below me seems to just be angry that they were booted. I run my own business and I know multiple people who own their own parking lots and I can tell you we all put out no parking signs, it's not up to attendents to have to tell each car parked if there is a clear and legible sign! I just feel it isnt right for that to be the only review for Friendly when it isnt about insurance at all! Just an angry person bitter that they couldnt read the signs clearly. I have Mercury insurance through Mr. Jankovics and I have been treated with nothing but fairness and respect from the whole staff. Hope my review was helpful!

I wish I could write more the ...

I wish I could write more the a few lines. All I can say is how horrible I was treated when I went into this office. It's doesn't even look like an insurance office. After what happened with accidentally parking in their lot and how I was treated I wouldn't trust my insurance with this company. I accidentally parked in their lot. I was speaking to a friend on my cell before a job interview 2 doors down from the lot. I literally sat there for over 20 minutes and the person who monitored the lot was inside a building that was less then 30 feet from my car never came out to tell me I couldn't park there or else my car would be booted with a vehicle immobilizer. I literally left my car less then 2 minutes to ask if I could park there at the place of my job interview only to come back to find a boot on my car. When explaning on the phone to the person in charge what my circumstances were, being unemployed and was going for a job interview 2 doors away from the lot, her response was I have 5 children to support. Mid Hudson Security where my interview was is right across the street from RKI. The fact the gentleman in charge of the lot waited till I left the car to boot me is unconscionable. After speaking with the woman, the gentlemen felt bad and instead of charging me the normal $25.00 fee he said he would accept $10.00. All this tells me is the money is going into his pocket and that Robert Jankovic endorses these methods. Mind you there were 10 - 12 in a row empty parking spaces so no reason at all to cause this much anguish to someone. Of course after it was all over I immediately moved my car. What made matters worse is after my interview I went across the street to speak to someone at the company to let them know what happened. The agent there only could say she was an agent and couldn't do anything. I then asked who could I speak to about this and the answer I got was "I have to answer the phones if I don't, I will lose my job". I then made a comment about as an insurance company, I wouldn't do business with them if this was their ethics. The person behind the wall - either the office manager or bookkeeper, immediately starting screaming on top of her lungs for me to get out of the office. So not only do they endorse seedy methods in getting money for parking in their lot but they also don't care how they treat someone. Through all of this, except for a few tears, I pretty much kept my cool and gave them no reason to have been so hostel to me. So I hope someone reads this because, so far, the Regional Chamber of Commerce doesn't have this business listed with them and they are not on Facebook either. I'm off to the Better Business Bureau next.
