That kind of background makes him better at every task, from implementation to troubleshooting. Tim can handle any IT project or issue that a small business will face, and he won't snow you with "geek speak" the way a lot of other computer people do. Tim is highly competent and responsive, providing excellent follow up service whenever I call. I recommend his services without reservation.
