Bought 2 snails and 2 guppy fish and a mini desktop aquarium prices are not cheap and everything died the next day not happy:(

PetGoods staff members going above and beyond. Morgan might just say she's doing her job, but this little guy is a puppy mill rescue. He is estimated to be about 8 years old and it took about 11 months for him to open up to anyone. All that time we'd stop in once or twice a month and Morgan, Liz, Sarah, Peter, Brianna, Big and Little Chris, Greg, JJ and all the other staffers were so patient, kind and gentle helping me nurture this sweet Keeshond out of his imprisonment within himself after years of cruel treatment in a NY puppy breeding mill.



The store is clean, the staff are beyond awesome, even the customers I meet in the store are fantastic.



PetGoods should be proud of their staff and commend Morgan, Greg, Liz, JJ, Sara, Peter, Brianna, Big Chris and Little Chris. I know some of them have moved on to new ventures, but they all are awesome. Thank you!

This business has a 7 day return policy. I purchased a item on 12/19/11 and tried to return on 12/27/11 they would not allow. This was not to mention that Christmas was in the 7 days, if it started the count on the 19th. Would not recommend.
