Nightmare experience. I went in for a simple filling. First, not enough Novocain was used. Then I was abandoned for 20 minutes while the dentist saw to another patient. Then I was told AFTER the procedure that my insurance wouldn’t completely cover the type of filling they used. I called my insurance to check and they said the office was wrong and sure enough I received a phone call saying they had overcharged me and to return to their office for a refund. When I went back to have the extra charge removed the receptionist gave a very insincere apology and whispered to her colleague “Oh, don’t you know I’m not allowed to make mistakes.” I thought that was the end of it, but months later, I received a bill in the mail saying I owed them nearly $60 more. The individual I spoke to on the phone after receiving the bill was polite and professional, if unable to help me, but that’s really the only praise I can give this office. I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.
