Terrible!Brought in watch for battery replacement and they lost a piece of the watch that holds case together.I understand stuff happens but maybe your work bench shouldn't be next to a floor drain!The worst part is they weren't truthful about what happened and tried to give it back without saying anything,yeah I wouldn't notice!Owner avoided calling me until I went there and demanded to speak with him or I wouldn't leave.His answer was don't worry we'll fix it but I can't tell you how long it will take,no apology.After reading all negative reviews here with similar horror stories I took watch back as is ,hard lesson learned.Do Not Use This Business!!!!

I brought my watch to have the battery changed and when I came back the whole watch was in pieces. They said my watch out to a technician to be repaired and after a couple weeks I receive my watch back and it was not keeping correct time. I brought my watch back, again they sent it to a technician and after seven weeks of me calling multiple times they finally say that it has been ready and waiting there for me to pick up. Not once did they call me to let me know that it was back at the store. I am picking it up today and hoping that it works correctly.

Terrible service! Brought my watch in to fix the band, and within two weeks the band broke again. I brought it back, and almost two months later I still don't have it back. All I get is the same story that they're waiting for parts. Don't ever buy a watch from them!

Poor service - shattered the watch while changing the batteries and took over three weeks to return it.
