I picked up my order and was disappointed that the price was more than I was quoted. Later when I got home the owner called and told me that he now remembered the quote. He told me that he was lowering the amount on my credit card.



I rounded down the edges and used a torch to polish them like shop owner recommended. I must have used too much heat because the edges warped. I tried to straighten it but it only got worse, now the whole sheet won't lay flat. I called the owner to get another sheet and I told him what happened. He told me to return the sheet and he would replace it free of charge. I was very pleasantly suprised and would definitely recommend him and his business to others.
