My father was a resident at Harbor House for close to three years until the day he died. After researching many memory care communities for month, we decided on Harbor House Alzheimer's Community because the community was very warm and welcoming, all staff we encountered were most courteous, kind and friendly to my Dad, gave us the very best of customer service no matter what we asked. The three floors option worked out so very well as my Dad went through the various stages of his dementia as each floor provided him with an environment of warmth, understanding and compassion. While my father's disease was the worst experience for my family, Harbor House and its staff and their expertise with dementia care made it tolerable to a degree we could have never envisioned.
