Terrible! My daughter asked for 5 inches off she took about 8! Strangest way of giving a trim pull hair back side of the chair and cut a straight line. The front is longer than the back and extremely choppy! Extremely upset! Also had my 4 year olds hair cut (first time for her) and they did the same thing! If I could give a negative score I would! Call into management and going to the sequim wa location where they actually know what the hell their doing!

Someone should really have a ruler before cutting hair. And have you ever heard of anyone give a blanket statement that they allow 20 minutes for a hair cut no matter what the style? I used to enjoy the stylist that was there before, but the stylist working the evening shift now is abrupt, does not listen to what you want and basically has her own opinions on what 2" is.. I measured.. she cut off over 4" .. can someone explain to her what a TRIM is? I won't be back. Beware.. you get what you pay for at this place!
