I hired Attorney Kirk to represent me after my husband filed for a legal separation. We worked together for quite a few months but Kirk is not a womens attorney. From day one I never felt he was on my side. His billing practices are unfair too. He billed me for alot of rework and I went in 3 different times repeating the same information I had given him previously. Beware. He has been in practice for a long time and is pretty full of himself. Look elsewhere for a good attorney.
