Allie at Viking Cab responded to traffic issues as they happened in order to get my mom to the airport on time.
However, where she really shown was when my mom arrived at the airport to learn that the sky cap had been taken apart and there were no wheelchairs available for my mom.
As my mom is 84 with issues of circulation, hypertension and a vulnerable heart caring her bags and walking the concourse were not safe options.
Allie didn’t leave until mom was settled with her bags checked and the wheelchair.
Truly heartfelt service.
