For my birthday, I received 4 free kickboxing classes and free gloves at ilovekickboxing in Poway. I wasn’t sure at first if this would be the kind of workout for me but I was pleasantly surprised. I love it so much I ended up signing up for a year membership almost immediately.
I was most impressed with the instructors. They are so friendly and committed to help you meeting your fitness goals. They have fun raffles, DJ nights, contests, etc...that help motivate you and make working out really fun. I’ve met some amazing fellow kickboxers too because you can see that they love working out at ilovekickboxing Poway just as much as I do. If you’re looking for a place that provides a fun full body workout that is geared toward helping you meet your fitness goals this is the place for you!

I've never been someone to go to the gym willingly (especially for cardio!) but I always knew I needed to! The energetic staff have created a fun environment that gets me pumped and excited to get moving! and now I find myself wanting to go all the time and encouraging myself towards my goals! The workouts are a good challenge at your own pace which is perfect for anyone. Everyone there is super friendly and the facility is very clean!

I joined ILKB Poway just over 60 days ago. My physical transformation is incredible. I have never been in such great shape and I also love the workout which helps to keep me motivated. I have more confidence, more energy and make better choices in life because I feel so good. I can't say enough about the facility and the instructors. I am totally addicted.

Great workout led by an even greater staff. They take personal interest in your goals and focus on your strength. Highly recommended.
