Absolutely the worst customer service. When I walked up to the very poorly lit door, a man sitting in his tow truck honked at me several times to get my attention. What kind of service is that? When I went to actually get my car, the lot was very dark with lots of loose gravel and sand. Very dangerous. The tow truck operator was very unprofessional and rude all together.
