When USPS tracking says a package is there they say NO try tomorrow. One time it was Tuesday and they suggested coming back on Friday. Most of the time it is there all the time and often shows up in the next 30 minutes.
Brandon (see below) must be somebody's brother.

This Post Office also "lost" my package. This has to be the worst Post Office in existence. Uncaring, arrogant management and employees. Phone at this Post Office stays off the hook almost all day. It is a miracle if any packages ever received if they go through this Post Office.I would give them a minus 100 stars, if possible.

Post office lost my package of my niece winter clothes. Even though the status says (outfor delivery) . Unconcern, don't care, my child etc. looks nice in your niece winter clothes is what I felt about this situation.

They helped out rather well. My major complaint is the difficulty in actually reaching them. Once I got a number that worked I got helped right away and now now my package is being delivered as we speak. Nicely done, now get the phones fixed and I'll give you a 5 star.

I sold a 150 dollar coin on eBay. It had to go through this post office. Well the mail man delivered it but never scanned it. Well I don't get paid until it is delivered. Needless to say there was nothing that could be done. THEY COST ME $150.00 bucks. That 150 was part if my christmas shopping money. You guys are the worst so called post office in the country. I hope you and your families have a nice Xmas. Because of you I was cit short. No wonder the us postal service is going down hill. 150.00 bucks!!!!! You suck!!!! Thanks for the Xmas gift a*#$oles

I am 53 years old. Lived in 6 different zip codes and this is by far the worse postal service I have seen. They told us our Hiram 30141 was changing to Powder Springs 30127 and it would take 1 year to switch over. Not true, problems started immediately and continue.

I put in four change of addresses and they still sent my mail to my old residence.... I mean!!!!!!!!!!!

Most Lethargic - Lazy - Non-Caring Personnel on the planet. I can understand why this OUT FITt loses Billions a year.

United State Post Office in Powder Springs, GA 30127 deserves a ZERO rating! In Feb. 2013, a few weeks after my electricity was turned off and I had to pay a reconnect fee, My neighbor brought my daily mail to me, it was delivered to her. She said, she was having problem with mail too. Today 4/1/2013, 8 pieces of mail, all my neighbor's, in my box... GRRRR, where is my mail? Every mailbox post are clearly marked with address, called Post Office 770-439-2771 female said, I'll let mail carrier know of problem... Next contact will be to BBB!

Someone at this post office stole my package, the carrier left a notice to pick up package at the post office but it wasn't at the post office when i called to check on it. The package was small enough to leave in the box so why did the carrier refuse to leave package? no one has seen package and tracking on package says notice left. usps tracking number
